Plaintiffs: Decree in (i) John Pannell of Hempstead, Essex, yeoman and Margaret Pannell his wife, daughter and executrix of John Fenne late of Clare, Suffolk; (ii) William Weekes and Ellen his wife.

Defendants: (i) Ellen Fenne, executrix of George Fenn her husband, deceased, who was son and executor of will of John Fenn, and wife of William Weekes of London, merchant tailor, and Thomas Fenn; (ii) John Pannell and Margaret Pannell his wife.
