Having previously asked for a stop to the pay or half pay of several ship Commanders until they had sent in Bills of Exchange for men put ashore sick at foreign ports, such Bills have now been received from Captains Covill Mayne of the Biddeford, Robert Long of the Shoreham and George Anson of the Garland. Asks for the stop to be taken off. |
