The Personnel Management Division originated from the Establishment Management Services and Manpower (MSM) Division which was established to provide common services to the Departments of Industry, and Trade in 1980. The MSM Division was re-organised in 1981 and its responsibilities reallocated, with Branch 2 named EP Division, and taking on the staff management remit. In 1983, the EP Division was subsequently restructured and renamed Personnel Management (PM) Division. |
