Administrative / biographical background:

The Grow project was a €7.5 million European funded programme and which ran from from June 2005 to December 2007. This joint EU funding programme covered a network of five high growths regions: Emilia-Romagna in Italy; Andalucia in Spain; Noord-Brabant in the Netherlands; Malopolska in Poland; and South East England, where the project was developed by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) in collaboration with the South England Regional Assembly and the Environment Agency.
