Folio(s) 35-38. Return [an enclosure in folios 65A-65B] signed by David Burn, Deputy Overseer, listing the convicts under sentence of transportation moved from various gaols to the Lion hulk at Portsmouth [Hampshire], from 12 October 1790 to 1 January 1791. Sworn before John Carter, Justice of the Peace. The report lists name, age, where and when convicted, sentence and state of health. The ages of convicts are between 13 and 60 and the sentences are either 7 years or a life term.
