The Investment Advisory Committee was established to monitor and advise on investments made by the Public Trustee. Later it also discussed general questions of current and financial policy. A similar committee was established in the Court of Protection in the late 1960s and the two separate committees were merged in 1985 as a prelude to the establishment of the new Public Trustee Office. |
