Files from the BB series of the Ministry of Fuel and Power and its successors, relating to the collection, analysis and publication of papers on forward projections, statistics and general budgetary matters. Pieces 1-8 have been transferred from POWE 28 This file series was opened in the Budgets and Priorities Division but the branch from which it took its name did not survive for long due to a re-allocation of functions. This division was taken over by the Statistics Division which in more recent times was renamed Statistics Branch. The BB series relates to the collection, analysis and publication of papers on forward projections, statistics and general budgetary matters for all branches of the Ministry. The series continued after the demise of the Budget Branch in 1955. This series contains RL files otherwise kept in POWE 55 |
