The Callcutt Review of Housebuilding Delivery was published in November 2007. The Review was led by John Callcutt, then Chief Executive of English Partnerships, from December 2006 at the request of Ruth Kelly, the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.

The purpose of the Review was to examine: how the supply of new homes was influenced by the nature and structure of the housebuilding industry; to consider how these factors influenced the delivery of new homes to achieve the Government's target (200,000 new homes per annum), meeting standards for energy efficienct and sustainability; and to make recommendations.
