Horace Rex TREMLETT: South African. A member of the British Union of Fascists from 1933, Tremlett was editor of 'Fascist Week' and 'Blackshirt' but resigned in 1934 with 'The National' and the 'New January Club' splinter group. In early 1945 he was with AK Chesterton at the foundation meeting of the first group to call itself the National Front but by the 1950s appeared to have moderated his views
