Subjects covered include the medical inspection of aliens, anatomy, dentistry, disease, drugs, international health, lunacy and mental deficiency, medical education, nurses and nursing, poisons, population and censuses, professional registration, public medical services, radioactive substances, therapeutic substances, voluntary hospitals, and the medical examination of recruits and the recruitment or deferment of medical personnel under the Military Training Act 1939. Also contains papers of the Voluntary Hospitals Commission 1921 to 1928 and minutes and papers of the National Radium Trust from 1929.
