Defendants: Robert Smith and Joseph Eaton (since deceased) and Plaintiffs: George Eaton, William Martinson and Elizabeth Martinson his wife, William Eaton, Eleanor Amelia Eaton spinster, Thomas Eaton and Jason Willshin Eaton infants by the said George Eaton their next friend.
