Prior to 1965 only one registered file series (the VL series - MAF 189) was in use at the Central Veterinary Laboratory, covering all aspects of administration, research and operations. In 1965 this series was closed and replaced by three new series, viz. VLA (administration and establishment functions); VLS (exclusively personnel matters); and VLO (operations - MAF 364). In 1969 the VLP file series was opened to deal with research projects. |
