William Marsden. Richard Brind, formerly an apprentice at Portsmouth petitions to be re-entered at Woolwich as a Shipwright. He left for family reasons about 3 years ago. The Woolwich Officers report he was discharged for absenting himself without leave, but otherwise give him a good character, but he is three years above the limited age.
