Philip Stephens. The Ward storeship, John Hutchinson Master, lying at Deptford and going to Gibraltar and Mahon, will be loaded by the middle of next month and be ready to take any convoy available. Propose that William Wall, who has already served as a Superintendent, may be appointed in that position aboard her.
