Content: Folio 326. Letter from the Saxon Brothers to the Poor Law Commission in reply to a letter they received from the guardians of the Blything Poor Law Union. They have no objection to the clause they added for defraying the expenses of the children back to the parishes if they put an end to the agreement before the expiration of the term. They ask when they may expect the children and want the assurance of the guardians or other respectable person that the children are of 'healthy and moral character', and that they are not sent away for 'improper conduct'. Poor Law Union Number 432. Counties: Suffolk.
