Draft letter from Edwin Chadwick, Secretary to the Poor Law Commission, to Samuel King, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, acknowledging his letter of 3 April proposing that the granting of relief to out-paupers should follow the reading of the minutes. The guardians doubtless had sufficient reason to come to this decision and therefore we have no hesitation in sanctioning it. Paper Number: 3111/A/1837. Poor Law Union Number 302. Counties: Norfolk.
