Content: Folio 270. Draft reply from Poor Law Commission to the Reverend Samuel Bellamy, Temple Cloud, in reference to a letter received 9 December 1839. He has rightly understood that in considering the request of an adult Protestant Dissenter even of a different denomination he would be authorised to visit them for religious purposes with the concurrence of the board of guardians.
