Content: Folio 42. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to George Spencer, Clerk to the Guardians of the Keighley Poor Law Union, reminding the union that they have not yet forwarded a return for the salaries paid to the medical officers in the Keighley Union for the half year ending at Lady Day. The return is required so that the Board can prepare a statement for the Lord's Commissioners of her Majesty's Treasury of the sums to be repaid from the Parliamentary Grant for the year ending 31 March 1851. They ask for it without further delay. Paper Number: 33169/1851. Poor Law Union Number 571. Counties: Yorkshire West Riding.
