Plaintiffs: Ann Humphrey, widow, William Cole, gent and Elizabeth Cole his wife, William Hale, gent and Frances Hale his wife (late Frances Clayton, spinster) and Margaret Clayton, spinster all of Sundon, Bedfordshire (said Ann Humphrey, Elizabeth Cole, Frances Hale and Maragaret Clayton are cousins and coheirs at law of William [Clayton] Baron Sundon of Ardagh, Ireland, lately deceased).

Defendants: John Clayton, Ann [Bateman] dowager Viscountess Bateman, Robert Snow, esq, John Nicoll, gent, William Derisley, Henry Case, Robert Clarke and John Barnardiston.
