Plaintiffs: John Lester, tallow chandler of Horsham, Sussex (only child of John Lester, late of Horsham, uncle of William Lester, late a soldier in the Welsh Fuziliers, only child of William Lester, surgeon of Horsham and Eleanor Lester his wife, both deceased; said John Lester junior is administrator of said William Lester junior and of said Eleanor Lester deceased), George Orton a clerk of Sussex and Sarah Orton his wife, John Walter, shopkeeper of Horsham and Elizabeth Walter his wife (said Sarah Orton and Elizabeth Walter are daughters of Mary Spencer deceased, sister of said William Lester senior; said John Walter is executor of Thomas Burnell, deceased late of Horsham, son of said Mary Spencer).

Defendants: William Burnell and Ann Spencer, spinster an infant (by said William Burnell her guardian).
