Folios 1-4: case no 1, Margaret Dorman, aged 30, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, debilitas, has not taken any food since the day after sailing from Belfast; put on sick list 15 June 1838, died 19 June 1838.

Folios 4-6: case no 2, Ellen Abbott, aged 30, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, debilitas, suffering severely from sea sickness stomach rejects everything as soon as it is swallowed; put on sick list 21 June 1838, discharged 16 July 1838 cured.

Folios 6-7: case no 3, Ezekiel Waters, aged 27, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, dysenteria; put on sick list 27 June 1838, discharged 16 July 1838 cured.

Folios 7-8: case no 4, Frazer Niel, aged 1 ½, emigrant, male child, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, diarrhoea, attacked with simple diarrhoea; put on sick list 21 June 1838, died 19 July 1838 at 7 am.

Folios 8-9: case no 5, Nancy Greer, aged 31, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, diarrhoea; put on sick list 5 July 1838, died 12 July 1838 at 8.30 am, she was liable to severe headache for some years, under some circumstances the surgeon can not performed post mortem examination on account of the vulgar prejudices of the people.

Folio 10: case no 6, John Gordon, aged 33, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, colica; put on sick list 13 July 1838, discharged 19 July 1838 cured.

Folio 11: case no 7, George Gribben, aged 2, emigrant, male infant, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, diarrhoea; put on sick list 11 July 1838, died 13 July 1838 at 5 pm.

Folios 11-13: case no 8, Jane Fulton, aged 16, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, debility, was ill from the day of leaving Belfast with severe sea sickness and from that time the stomach has rejected everything as soon as it is taken; put on sick list 18 July 1838, died 24 July 1838 at 9 am.

Folios 13-17: case no 9, Elizabeth Arthurs, aged 31, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, dysenteria; put on sick list 31 July 1838, died 3 October 1838 at 4 am.

Folios 18-20: case no 10, Sarah Murphy, aged 21, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, phrenitis, headache with constipation, found her with bright eyes staring wildly talking incoherently, skin dry and pulse quick; put on sick list 6 August 1838, died 14 August 1838 at 5.30 am.

Folios 20-21: case no 11, Ellen Abbott, aged 30, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, diarrhoea; put on sick list 3 September 1838, discharged 14 October 1838 cured.

Folios 21-22a: case no 12, Joseph Pantridge, aged 23, emigrant, married, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, scorbutus; put on sick list 28 September 1838, sent 20 October 1838 to hospital at Sydney.
