Entry books of board agenda and special requests. The former contain brief notes of each case to be considered at Visitors' monthly meetings, sometimes noting decisions and subsequent action. The latter contain entries of requests by Masters in Chancery for special visits by visitors to report on the condition of Chancery lunatics. Entries include the date of each request, the patients name and address, the names of the master and visitor involved, the date of report and further remarks on such matters as the age, income and allowance of the patient. |
