Prem. conveyed by 1 to 3 at request of 2 to uses as 3 shall direct or for his life, and after determination of that estate to use of 4 for life of and in trust for 3, and after the determination of that estate to use of 3 forever; 5 covenants to produce deeds on request.

Recites mortgage lease and release, 23,24 Sep.1828, by Charles Cholmondeley of Nether Knutsford, esq., to 1 for £600; indenture, 28 Mar.1845, by which prem. were assured by Charles Cholmondeley to use of 2, subject to debts and incumbrances, on trust to sell and stand possessed of proceeds on trusts specified.
