Stating that he is at present in Bala and expects to be there for a fortnight. Requesting that an indictment be prepared re the case between Cadwaladr Evans, farmer and Robert Evans against John Lloyd. Wishing to be named as prosecuting attorney. Mentions that John Lloyd intends to remove the indictment by certioravi to the King's Bench. In case he would change his mind Notices of Traverse would be issued in both cases
