All lands and tenements of (1)

 

To hold of (1). If (2) die without heirs of body, then property to go to son, John, and then successively to children, Robert, Richard, Thomas, Jane and Alice, failing heirs of body in each case. Finally to revert to (1) if all children die without issue

(1) Octagonal, a standing eagle, head in left profile, wings displayed and inverted. No legend. Poor impression

 

(2) Missing

 

(3) Missing except for small portion at top. No detail

 

(4) Vesica, possibly a human figure within a simple canopy. Visible portion of legend completely illegible. Very bad impression

 

(5) Circular, a flower head of six petals. No legend. Fairly good impression

 

(6) Circular, initials AM, Lombardie; "fill-in" decoration above and below initials. No legend. Good impression except for portion of right hand side

 

(7) Same seal as No. 6. Impression similar
