Messuage and land (no details) 23 September, 21 Henry VI Gift (1) John Ithell, sen., of Hull (2) William Ithell, son of (1) All lands and tenements of (1) To hold of (1). If (2) die without heirs of body, then property to go to son, John, and then successively to children, Robert, Richard, Thomas, Jane and Alice, failing heirs of body in each case. Finally to revert to (1) if all children die without issue Warranty against all people Witnesses: Nicholas Poyntz, Robert Stanshawe, Nicholas Alderley, John Penne, Richard Clefeld of Berkeley, and many others Seals: 7 on tags (1) Octagonal, a standing eagle, head in left profile, wings displayed and inverted.
