By Edward Payne of East Grinsted, esq., to Ninnian Cressy of Worth, yeoman, of All that his manor house, messuage or tenement called Burley Arches, and all the barns, stables, buildings &c. and lands &c. belonging in Worth and containing in the whole 120 ac. in the tenure of Abraham Fenner, with underwood and topping of okes formerly topped Except all timber and timber trees and except all profits of Courts and full power to keep Courts, and all fowling, hawking, hunting and fishing. Term, 21 years; rent £35 and one fat goose at Christmas
