To daughters Sarah Worpell, Ann Worpell (née Hasler) and Emma Hasler, ground used as a timber yard, shops and outbuildings, and 2 cottages at thewest end of the yard, situated on south of River Lea near the Ware Bridge; 3 copyhold cottages at Bakers End. To daughter Emma, her wearing apparel, furniture, plate, linen, china; stock in trade to be divided between Emma, Sarah and Ann.

Business to be taken on by John Mayfield.
