To niece Plum, houses in Grantham, closes in Burroughby lane; & also farm in occ. of Luke Brasier at Barton (Beds), for life, then to children; if no issue to be sold for charitable uses.

 

To cousin Coleby, Rector of Medlu (Yorks), £300, & closes called Brethren Hills in Burroughby (Lincs), for life; then to be sold for charitable uses.

 

To heir of late cousin Alex. Coleby of Bowbridge Hall (Yorks), £100.

 

Forgiveness of mortgage to widow of cousin Simon Thornton of Nudhall (Yorks).

 

To cousin Francis Jephson of Elton (Notts), £200.

 

To Mrs. Ludun, d. of Mr. Ashton of Grantham, £100.

 

To laundress, Mrs. Hughes of London, £50.
