Copy of Lease for 81 years: William, Prior of Newbroughe to Henry Wilden, yeoman, both of co. York:-- tithes of corn and hay of Scakelden and the Grange" with all manner of privy tiethes belonginge to the said grange except wooll and lambe of the said towne and grange and fower offeringes with all the tithe corne and hay, lambe and wooll with all other tiethes that remaineth at Heriam of the parisheing of Hoveingham"--: At rents of 30s. for Scakelden and the Grange, and 5s. for Heriam.

Endorsed with memorandum that the copy had been compared with the original by Stephen Clerke and Thomas Squier, notaries public, in the presence of Matthew Dodsworth, Bachelor of Law (16 July 1619)
