Pughe, minister of Llandecwyn, certifying that David Lloyd father of the late Evan Lloyd mate of the vessel "Ann Paley", which was lately lost on the cost of Ireland on her passage from Lisbon to Liverpool, is a person of good character and has every claim to the property of his late son.
