The sums of money payable in the above Lease and Release amounted to £1,040 and have now been paid with interest except interest of £240 payable to William Greenwood Clerke, executor of the last will of his late father John Greenwood Clerke, dec'd.

The freehold of the premises is vested in Roger Holmes subject to the payment of various sums of money in the Lease and Release and to a yearly sum of £25 to Francis Holmes for life.

Francis Mary and Anne Holmes have been hitherto paid their yearly sums and have now contracted with Roger Holmes for the sale of their annuities.

Release of the sums and annuities as described in the Lease and Release above by 3 and 4 to 2. Assignment of the premises by 5 to 2 for the residue of the term of 1000 years. Warranties by 3, 4 and 5.
