Newly erected dwelling house with garden behind, built on part of a field devised by will of Edw. Hawke decd. in Bore Street, in occ. Chas. Blight Pearse, bounded on w. with 3 new houses now being erected by Sam. Harvey, on e. by newly built dwelling house in occ. Capt. Semple, on n. with field, on s. with turnpike to Truro;

 

Also newly erected dwelling house with garden behind, being adj. to and on e. of above house, now occ. Capt. Semple; also field or close in Bore Street behind house in occ. of Wm. Soloman and James Bond;

 

Also newly built dwelling house in Fore Street now in occ. of Wm. Pearce, druggist
