Ante nuptial agreement between John Blyth of Quarmby and John Kaye of Wodsome.

 

Thomas son of Nicholas Blyth, half brother of John, is to marry Dorothy one of the daughters of John Kaye.

 

John Blyth and Elizabeth his wife are to convey to George Kaye, Robert Kaye (his son and heir), John Savile of the Middle Temple, John Savile of Barnby on Don, John Gledhall and Nicholas Fenage the manors of Quarmby and Barnby upon Don as trustees for the parties to the marriage and the heirs of their bodies.

Exemplification of a recovery suffered by John Blyth in Trinity Term 17 Elizabeth of a moiety of the manor of Quarmby, dated 8 June 17 Elizabeth.

 

Grant by John Blyth to William Blyth and the heirs of his body of the remainder in case Thomas and Dorothy die without children, with further remainders to Anthony brother of William and the heirs male of his body and John Blyth their younger brother and the heirs male of his body.
