(1) Joseph Banfield of Falmouth, merchant;

 

(2) Nich. Symons of Falmouth, mercer;

 

(3) Jn. Cock of St. Mawes, ropemaker.

 

Consideration: "for the good opinion they have of each other and for better improving their estates".

 

To work as "Banfield, Symons and Cock", ropeworks, twine spinners and manufacturers of lines, netting and canvas, and to sell goods and wares belonging to allied trades;

 

Trade to be carried on in warehouse in St. Just-in-Roseland called Polvarth, in occ. of (3).
