Between Sir Richard Combe of Hemel Hempstead, kt, 1st, Richard Combe of the same, son of the above, and William Cotton of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, esq, 2nd, and Francis King of Hemel Hempstead, gentleman, John Theed of Ledbourn, Buckingham, gentleman, John Allison of Hemel Hempstead, gentleman, and Nicholas King of the same, draper, 3rd, in connection with a bargain and sale of all the property of Sir Richard Combe.

Sir Richard Combe assigns to Richard Combe and William Cotton his leases of property in Hemel Hempstead; these two are to stand seized of the Rectory of Hemel Hempstead; and, together with Francis King, John Theed, John Allison and Nicholas King, are to stand seized of other property in Hemel Hempstead in trust for the payment of the debts of Sir Richard Combe.
