Grant from William Rose and Richard Fawcus, proctors of Saint George's guild with full consent of the brethren thereof to William Armstrong of the same town of one messuage in the said town in Oldgate bounded betwixt lands of our Lady's Chantery of the east part and John Boag of the part and from the said street unto the abbot and convent of Newminster behind. To Hold to said William Armstrong his heirs and assigns for ever.
