Clark, cit. & merch. tailor of London, Jas. Amey, tailor, & 7 rooms in occs. of John Fuller, Nath. Tanner, Wm. Naylor, Edwd. Hadrell, Humf. Ashwell, Richd. Evans, Zachariah Spicer, glover, & all appurts. in St. Sepulchre's Middx., to use of Fortune Smith for 99 yrs. at 36/-d. p.a.
