St Martin's mission church was dedicated on 30 Oct 1908. It was closed in 1949. The Vestry was then used by the Weymouth and District Deaf and Dumb Club and the Executive Committee of TOC H Weymouth, South West Branch. Services for the Deaf and Dumb also took place. These seem to have finished in 1955. The Church was reopened in 1961 and included special services for the deaf. It appears to have closed again in 1965. St Martin's was a chapel of Holy Trinity parish church.
