Demise of a messuage in Lodmore Lane in the lordship of Dodcot with Wilkseley (Thomas Trickett), for lives of Charles Weaver, Ellen his wife and the life of the survivor, under certain rents and covenants

 

Consideration: 5s and other good causes

 

Assignment of the messuage for a term of 50 years if Charles and Ellen so long live, in trust to uses as declared of a certain lease heretofore surrendered in consideration for the recited lease, by an indenture of 30 December 1749
