Bond of William Mone of Dartemouth, Co. Devon, Vyttlar, to Andrew Nycholl of Newton Abbott, Vyttlar, in £40. Dated 31 May. 8. Eliz. (1561)

 

Condition that William Mone and Wynyfred, his wife, shall be ready at any time when reasonably required by Andrew Nycholl to release their estate in lands and tenements in Borough of Newton Abbott late in the tenure of Agnes Roupe, widow, and that William and Wynyfred shall save harmless the above-named Agnes Roupe, widow, and one Anthony Bolle from all manner of suits which at any time before this time have been against said Agnes by said Andrew, Eleanor his wife, William Mone and Wynyfred his wife, or by any other persons.
