Parcels of meadow, orchard and arable land in Kingston and Chessington to the south of the road leading from Hook to Croydon, containing 2 acres 16 perches, 3 acres 1 rood 38 perches, 2 roods 17 perches, 1 acre 34 perches, and 2 acres 1 rood 1 perch, late in the occupation of John Carn, now John Peates; also a barn and stable with the lodges and yards belonging in Hook, 18 perches, with the garden adjoining, 1 rood 11 perches, late in the occupation of John Carn, now John Peates; also a cottage and garden in Hook, 2 roods 15 perches now in the occupation of Mrs Ann Weddle; and also a cottage and garden in Hook, 13 perches; and also several cottages and garden in Hook and Chessington, 2 roods 7 perches, now in the occupations of William Anscomb, John Adhams and William Simpson

Parcel of land formerly part of a field of 3 acres in Kingston on the south side of the street leading from the Railway Station to London bounded on the north by the street, on the south by the Chelsea Waterworks, on the east by land now or late of Mr Thomas Brown and on the west by land now or late of Mr Charles Lee, containing on the north side in front, 61ft on the south or rear, 61ft, on the east side, 210 ft, and on the west side, 192 ft, now in the occupation of William Skinner No.3 on the plan.

Allotment of land on Chessington Common, said to contain 3 acres but by recent measurement, 2 acres 12 perches, alloted to Edmund Gibbs Goddard under the Chessington Inclosure Act, now in the occupation of John Peates

Messuage, coachhouse, stables, sheds, homestalls, orchard, garden, land and appurtenances, 2 acres 2 roods, on the south side of Ryott Lane in Hook, formerly in the occupation of John Moore and now Mr William Price, part of which premises were amongst other lands conveyed to Robert Blair dec. by Richard Lucas and others by Lease and Release of 11 & 12 Sep 1811, and part of which premises form part of the allotment of land awarded to George Lane and by him conveyed to Robert Blair by Release of 25 Aug 1813, and also part of certain old inclosed land now belonging to the Earl of Lovelace; and also four cottages on the north side of Ryott Lane, with the yards, gardens and appurts, 24 perches, late in the occupations of William Harris and other[s] and which abut upon Ryott Lane towards the south, the messuage of [blank] on the west, the messuage of [blank] on the east, and the land of the Earl of Lovelace on the north
