Parties: (i) John Burley Gentleman - Demandant (ii) William Smith Hesleden Gentleman - Tenant (iii) Charles Anderson Worsley Pelham Esq - Vouchee Property: Estates in the county of Lincoln belonging to Charles Lord Yarborough. (i) have issued a writ of entry "sur Disseisin en le post" against (ii), and (iii) having made default as common vouchee, judgement is given for (i) to recover the said property bargained and sold to (ii), so that the estate tail of (iii) may be barred, and the property limited to such uses as Charles Lord Yarborough and (iii) may so appoint by instrument in writing. Enrolled Michaelmas Term 2 William IV. |
