Description:

Lease and Release whereby the said Edward Moore, in consideration of an intended marriage between him and Dorothy Fenwick, settles Bank Hall and all other his Estates in the county of Lancaster, as follows, viz., Bank Hall and several of the Estates therein mentioned and described to the use of himself and his assigns for 99 years if he should so long live; remainder to Trustees during his life to preserve contingent uses; remainder to his intended wife for life and jointure; remainder to his first and other sons in tail male; remainder to Alexander Moore, his brother, for life, &c., as before; remainder to Thomas Moore, another brother, in like manner; remainder to his own right heirs. The Manors of Kirkdale, Bootle, and Linacre, and the rest of his Estates (except the Manor of Much Carlton) to the use of himself and his assigns for 99 years if he should so long live; remainder to Trustees during his life to preserve contingent uses; remainder to his first and other sons in tail male; remainder to Trustees for 99 years; remainder to himself in tail male; remainder to Alexander Moore for life and to his first and other sons in tail male with the like limitations to Thomas Moore; remainder to his own right, heirs. And with respect to the Manor of Much Carlton, &c., to the use of Edward Moore, in fee.
