1. Arthur William Foster of Apley Park, Bridgnorth, retired Major in H.M.'s army "vendor"

Recital of will of Wm Orme Foster of Apley Park, 1 July 1887 appointing his sons William Henry and James executors and devising his residuary real estate to his son William Henry absolutely. Wm O. Foster made 3 codicils to his will, 5 June 1888, 7 July 1890 and 14 Feb.1893. Probate 8 Oct. 1899; assent to devise by Wm H.F. and James F. 8 June 1900.

 

Wm Henry Foster by his will of 18 Oct. 1922 appointed his son Arthur William and brother James Foster executors, and devised the real estate to Arthur Wm Foster. Wm H.F. died on 9 March 1924, and his will was proved on 7 May 1924. Assent to the devise was given 16 July 1926 by the executors.

The vendor conveys to the purchaser the house and garden at Hampton Load called The Dingle, the cottage and land (John Francis Beaumont Marshall) and the disused iron forge (lately the vendor), in the parishes of Alveley and Quatt.

 

Reservation to the owner of the adjoining property a right of way in common with the purchaser over that portion of the road marked on the plan supposed to be annexed, between points A. and B. Reservation to the vendor of the right to fish in R. Severn adjoining the property, in common with the purchaser and his family.
