Timothy Rhodes of Britton, Yorks., yeoman, administrator of the goods and chattels of William Denton, late of Barnsley, and Sarah, his wife, sister of William Denton, who was the surviving trustee of John Browne, late of Dodworth, dec'd., cousin and heir of Thomas Kerresforth, late of Pulehill in Thurgoland, gent., dec'd., and Sarah Browne of Barnsley, Yorks., widow and relict of John Browne, of the first part; Henry Carrington of Geerhouse, Worsbrough, Yorks., gent., of the second part; John Marrow of Worsbroughdale, gent., and Francis Hall of the same place, gent., of the third part.

Reciting lease and release of 8 and 9 Mar 1694, and in execution of the trusts recited therein, and for the following sums of money: £540 paid to Sarah Browne by Henry Carrington; £321 paid to Thomas Faraham by Henry Carrington, being the principal due for John Brown's debts; £100 paid to Edward Clerk, clerk, and Daniell Maude, executors of the last will and testament of Mrs. Edith Mager, by Carrington and various other debts owed by Brown, and paid by Carrington.
