Roger, son of Richard de Munsterley, of Smethcote is bound to Richard Tristrem in 10 Marks. By an indenture, if Roger alienates his lands and tenements in Smethcote to anyone other than Richard Tristrem, then the property is to revert to Richard Tristrem.
