Premises: close of pasture now divided into several closes, called lower Redford with a barn built on it, with a meadow and a piece of mooreish ground adjoining, containing in the whole 32 acres, heretofore parcel of the barton of Norton and lately fallen into the lord's hands by the death of William Harris.

 

Lives: lessee, William and Coplestone sons of Sir William Bastard of West Alvington tree.

 

Rent £4, heriot best beast or £4, to plant 3 oak, ash or elm trees annually or forfeit 3s. 4d. for every tree.
