Recital: That Walter Dillington, gent, had leased Bradford Bryan Farm to Walter Goddard for 92 years on 10 May 1520. The lease was then passed on to Thomas Lyne until the land was granted to the Governors of Sherborne School where upon Thomas Lyne surrendered his lease

Property: (1 to 2) the capital messuage farm called Bradford Bryan; one close of pasture called Park close containing 14 acres; Oxenlease Moor containing 12 acres; Middle Moor containing five acres; another moor adjoining containing two acres; a little meadow and adjoining coppice containing two acres; a meadow near Barnsley containing six acres; Mutchell Mead containing six acres, an arable close in the Worley field containing 60 acres; another field called Home field containing 60 acres; a field containing 14 acres; a field containing 60 acres, a field lying east from the way containing 60 acres; another field containing 14 acres; Swetham field containing 10 acres; Culverfield containing 10 acres; and one down for 400 sheep all in the Manor of Bradford Bryan and Barnsley, late in the tenure of Thomas Lyne
