Lease and counterpart inserting a third life into a lease for two lives (19 December, 1770) of a messuage or tenement, barn, orchard and back premises called Whitehouse, with lands, in the manor of Hamptworth, in Landford. Consideration money £200. Rent 12/- and two fat pullets a year.
