All his tenements in Holecombe in par. of Crediton, and a messuage in the old ville of Criditon, which Robert Phylypp holds of the grantor in Prustenstrete, and also 2/- yearly rent from a tenement in the new borough of Criditon which Alice Hunsedon now inhabits; to hold to John and Joan and their issue, with reversion in default to John Adelard and his heirs.
